Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Project-Based Design Activities:
   • Lead and contribute to project-based design activities.
   • Supervise and guide the design team in executing tasks effectively.
2. Design Review:
   • Thoroughly check and review designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
3. Quality Maintenance:
   • Maintain high technical quality standards throughout the design process.
   • Mentor and support junior designers in their professional development.
4. Project Delivery:
   • Ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes and budget constraints.
5. Client Interaction:
   • Liaise with Europe/Nordic-based customers in a responsive and client-focused manner.

What You Will Contribute:

Essential:

• Educational Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed College.
• Experience: 5 to 12 years in consultancy business with a focus on highways and related features.
• Software Proficiency: MX design, Civil 3D, Open Roads, MicroStation, and AutoCAD.
• Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing quality standards and procedures.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Success: Demonstrated success in delivering highway projects.

Desirable:

• Advanced Qualifications: Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Specialized Experience: Design of grade-separated junctions and pipe drainage networks.
• Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with UK/US/Nordic highways design standards.
