Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, review applications, conduct interviews, update records, and facilitate the hiring process to ensure the selection of the best talents for open positions.
- Conduct or obtain background checks and online employee eligibility verification, Update employee records, Draft and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist in the onboarding process and implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Handle internal and external HR-related matters, Set performance metrics, minimum standards, productivity measurements, and audit performance management and accountability.
- Manage routine tasks related to human resources programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, auditing procedures, and training and development.
- Assist with Payroll Management, Help develop, manage, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Assist in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong and exceptional experience in HR recruitment and talent assessment/management (At least 5 years).
- Outstanding knowledge of HR functions and best practices, Superior recruiting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Superb computer literacy with proficiency in email, MS Office, and other HR/Organizational Software.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, Dependable, motivated, and meticulous attention to detail.
