We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who will oversee a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to the onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to promote a productive and positive work environment.
- Manage HR administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and overseeing employee benefits.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their HR needs and offer support.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institute (Not Mandatory).
- Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
