We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who will oversee a variety of tasks, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to the onboarding of new hires.
2. Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to promote a productive and positive work environment.
3. Manage HR administrative duties, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and overseeing employee benefits.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and manage employee development plans.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
6. Collaborate with different departments to understand their HR needs and offer support.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources from a reputable institute (Not Mandatory).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
