Responsibilities:

1. Project and Service Management:
   • Manage projects and services, employing appropriate methodologies.
   • Oversee the end-to-end management of IT services or projects, from current operations to new feature releases and security compliance.
2. Team Facilitation and Stakeholder Management:
   • Facilitate the work of IT teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
   • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of IT services or project commitments.
3. Performance Management:
   • Take responsibility for managing performance within the team.
   • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services or project goals.
4. Knowledge Development:
   • Develop sufficient IT and business knowledge to effectively manage services or projects.
   • Stay updated on advancements in project methodology and IT to enhance expertise.
5. Budget Management:
   • Manage the IT budget for projects or services.
   • Demonstrate effective communication and change management skills.
6. Service End-to-End Management:
   • Oversee the entire lifecycle of a service, from operations to continuous improvements.
   • Own and manage the roadmap for the service or project.
7. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Develop and manage project plans, logs, and status updates.
   • Lead small- to medium-sized IT projects or Agile teams, especially in areas like RPA and other technologies such as AI/ML.
8. Incident Resolution:
   • Solve support incidents within the field of specialization.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish the job.
