Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record in Government IT Projects for a contractual period of 6-12 months. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring the highest levels of service offerings and adherence to project timelines. This role involves understanding stakeholder requirements, providing technical insights, and managing a team to deliver quality and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:
   • Develop comprehensive project plans and assume end-to-end responsibility for project management.
   • Ensure adherence to project timelines and submit required deliverables.
   • Provide regular status reports on project deliverables, value articulation, and client expectations.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Understand and anticipate stakeholder requirements; align project activities accordingly.
   • Engage closely with stakeholders to comprehend focus areas, expectations, and project requirements.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Lead a team of approximately 10-15 members to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
   • Ensure team availability for project meetings and coordination.
4. Compliance and Security:
   • Adhere to all laws, acts, rules, and guidelines governing applications.
   • Ensure compliance with security guidelines and data protection measures.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Provide inputs on technology needs, process innovation, and people engagement for continuous improvement.
   • Facilitate information and support for third-party audits and tasks assigned by relevant authorities.
6. Technical Proficiency:
   • Proficient in MS-Office package and project management tools.
   • Knowledge and experience in RDBMS concepts, SDLC Concepts, Integration Techniques, BI Tools/Tableau Implementation, and Integration of GIS Technology.
   • Familiarity with software development frameworks for project operation.
7. Communication and Presentation:
   • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
   • Manage client expectations through effective communication and relationship building.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Any Graduate (UG), Any Postgraduate (PG), Doctorate Not Required
• Experience: At least 10 years in IT-related program/project management, with a minimum of 7 years in Government IT projects or State Govt IT projects
