Position: IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

•             Oversee and manage complex projects with multiple workstreams.

•             Develop and maintain detailed project plans and related artifacts.

•             Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business users and Senior Management.

•             Deliver excellent presentations, providing clear communication of project status, issues, and updates throughout the organization.

•             Effectively manage resources, timelines, conduct risk assessments, and implement contingency plans.

•             Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in change management and re-prioritization.

•             Exhibit responsiveness to business needs and problem-solving with a user-first approach.

•             Work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

•             Apply experience with Agile software development methodologies and practices.

•             Interact with all stakeholders, including senior management from the county.

•             Demonstrate a proven understanding of planning and delivering development sprints.

•             Utilize experience with tools such as MS Office and JIRA.

•             Knowledge of ADA/Section 508 standards is a plus (but not required).
