Job Description:

Education: Any Graduate


  • 3+ years in the L&D (Leadership & Development) function.
  • Primarily involved in creating trainings from scratch and delivering them to employees.
  • Experience in corporate training, soft skills, behavioural trainings, management skills, and job-specific skills.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent designing and presentation skills.
  • Critical-thinker, problem-solver, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in creating training modules and material.
  • Experience with e-teaching platforms/methods preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Needs Analysis:
    • Collaborate with managers to determine training needs within teams.
  2. Curriculum Development:
    • Prepare training curriculums and educational material, including modules, presentations, videos, etc.
  3. Training Delivery:
    • Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions.
  4. Mentorship:
    • Support and mentor new employees.
  5. Planning and Scheduling:
    • Plan and schedule training sessions.
  6. Program Design and Implementation:
    • Design, implement, and deliver training programs focusing on soft skills and management.
  7. Venue Management:
    • Select and book venues if needed for physical training sessions.
  8. Budget Management:
    • Manage training budgets and create annual training plans.
  9. Performance Alignment:
    • Align trainings with employee performance and productivity.
  10. Employee Engagement:
    • Actively lead the employee engagement function.
  11. Strategic Planning:
    • Strategize on charting the growth and learning curves for all employees at different levels of the organization.
