Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) Manager to lead our finance and accounting systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and management, along with proven leadership skills. The SAP FICO Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules to ensure optimal financial processes and data integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.            Team Leadership:

•             Lead a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.

2.            Collaboration:

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.

3.            Project Management:

•             Manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and project tracking.

4.            Configuration:

•             Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards.

5.            System Maintenance:

•             Monitor and maintain the SAP FICO system's performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

6.            Data Management:

•             Oversee data migration and integration processes between SAP FICO and other systems.

7.            Best Practices:

•             Define and enforce best practices for SAP FICO configuration, data management, and security.

8.            Strategic Guidance:

•             Provide strategic guidance on leveraging SAP FICO capabilities to improve financial processes and decision-making.

9.            Collaboration with Finance Teams:

•             Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their requirements and ensure the SAP FICO system aligns with their needs.

10.         Industry Awareness:

•             Stay updated with industry trends and SAP updates related to finance and controlling modules.

11.         Training and Knowledge Sharing:

•             Lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and end-users.

12.         Budgeting and Cost Estimation:

•             Participate in budgeting and cost estimation for SAP FICO projects.
