Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the behavioural, communication, and interview skills of our workforce, particularly within the healthcare and community-based domains. Key responsibilities include:

• Ability to conduct training sessions at various locations, coordinating sessions, and managing necessary data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) and adept usage of the internet.
• Designing, planning, and implementing effective training programs focused on behavioural skills, communication skills, and interview skills.
• Developing customized training content and assessment tools.
• Applying modern training techniques to ensure engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Collaborating with teams to facilitate training sessions at different locations.
• Building and maintaining a network of trainers, particularly at the state level, to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
• Engaging in capacity-building activities for key stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of training delivery experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong facilitation and collaborative skills.
• Proficient in utilizing learning methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional people skills to connect with individuals at all levels.
• Certifications in the behavioural skills domain.
