ROLE SUMMARY
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Closer who owns the full sales cycle and consistently converts high-value opportunities into signed contracts. You'll engage directly with builders, architects, facility managers, IT heads, hotel/resort operators, and healthcare administrators, collaborating with our technical team to design and close tailored solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end ownership of sales cycle: Lead Qualification to Discovery to Proposal to Negotiation to Closure
- Conduct consultative client meetings, site surveys, and solution demos for security, automation, networking and IT solutions
- Prepare ROI-focused proposals, technical-commercial quotations, and business cases
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, secure POs, and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity logs in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors
- Coordinate with presales, project execution, and after-sales teams for seamless delivery and client retention
- Stay updated on emerging smart-tech trends, competitor offerings, and Kerala market dynamics
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of proven closing experience in B2B/B2C technology sales (Security Systems, Automation, Networking, IT Infrastructure, or Biometrics)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (share achievements in application)
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala for client visits and site surveys
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred
- Own vehicle and valid driving license for field sales
PREFERRED (NOT MANDATORY)
- Existing network in Kerala's real estate, construction, hospitality, healthcare, or corporate IT sectors
- Technical aptitude to understand integrated systems (IP networking, smart lighting/HVAC, biometric access, AV integration)
- Experience in project-based selling, channel partnerships, or vendor ecosystem management
- Familiarity with Kerala's building codes, safety regulations, or smart-city initiatives
