We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Builder Market

📍 Locations: Delhi NCR

💰 CTC: Upto ₹18 LPA

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a strong network in the real estate and builder ecosystem? Join us and play a key role in driving growth and strategic partnerships in the housing finance sector.

 💼 Key Requirements

✅ 8–12years of experience in Home Loans, Banking, NBFC, Housing Finance, or related financial services.

✅ Strong Builder Market experience with deep-rooted connections across the real estate ecosystem, including developers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.

✅ Strong understanding of the Pune and/or Noida real estate market.

✅ Proven track record in business development, channel sales, and achieving revenue targets.

✅ Excellent relationship management, sales, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Develop, manage, and expand the builder and real estate partner network.

🔹 Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and channel development.

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and key market stakeholders.

🔹 Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth avenues.

🔹 Lead sales initiatives and ensure achievement of business targets.

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and loan processing.
