Job Overview

Hum ek energetic aur active Assistant Merchandiser dhoondh rahe hain jo hamari Sampling execution aur Local Market sourcing/coordination ko lead kar sake. Is role me candidate factory/office aur local market ke beech link banega. Candidate ka primary focus sample development, sample approvals, aur fabric/trims ke market running & collection par hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Mukhya Kaam)

1. Sampling Management (Core Responsibility)

• Sample Development: Buyer/Designer ke tech pack aur measurement chart ke mutaabik initial, proto, fit, PP (pre-production), aur size-set samples develop karwana.

• Coordination with Masters & Tailors: Sampling room ke master ji, sample tailors, aur pattern makers ke saath baith kar exact specs aur finish par sample taiyar karwana.

• Buyer Comments Implementation: Buyer ya client ke fitting/quality comments ko samajhna aur next sample round me unhe sahi se incorporate karwana.

• Sample Tracking & Dispatch: Samples ki timely stitching, washing, finishing, tagging aur courier dispatch track karna.

2. Market Sourcing & Field Coordination (Outdoor Work)

• Local Market Sourcing: Local markets aur vendors ke paas jakar fabrics, laces, buttons, zippers, threads, tags aur packaging materials search aur collect karna.

• Matching & Swatches: Sample ke matching fabric, print, embroidery, ya trims ke swatches market se arrange karna aur approvals ke liye lana.

• Vendor Follow-up & Rate Negotiation: Local job-workers (dyeing, printing, embroidery, washing units) aur trims suppliers ke paas visit karke sample execution aur rates finalize karna.

• Emergency Runs: Sample deadline ya production urgent requirement par market se quick material pickup aur delivery ensure karna.

3. Documentation & Office Support

• Har sample ka complete BOM (Bill of Materials) aur trims record sheet maintain karna.

• Market se laye hue materials ke bills, challans, aur vendor contacts ka proper hisaab rakhna.

• Senior Merchandiser ko daily sampling status aur market visit report dena.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 saal ka experience garment export house, domestic manufacturing unit, ya buying house me (Sampling + Market coordination background preferred).

• Market Knowledge: Local fabric/trims market ki acchi jaankari aur route knowledge.

• Conveyance: Own 2-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid Driving License zaroori hai (Field/Market visits ke liye).

• Skills:

  • Garment construction, fabrics, trims aur basic measurements ki samajh.

  • Local vendor aur artisans (tailors/masters) se kaam nikalwane ki communication skills.

  • Basic MS Excel aur WhatsApp/Email communication ki knowledge.

• Attitude: Active, field work karne me comfortable, deadline-driven aur practical problem-solver.
