Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify prospective customers through lead generation, networking, and research

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction

• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to travel as needed
