Role & responsibilities:
Achieve branch sales targets. Make strategies & design incentive schemes for dealers and distributors. Appoint & train team when required.
Track team performance.
No key account should be degrow or low. Handle key accounts & build strong client relationships. Monitor cost of operations below the benchmark and ensure profitability. 

Preferred candidate profile:
Strong analytical & sales skills.
Good at dispute handling & negotiation.
Excellent leadership & team management.
Expertise in cross-selling & upselling.
Good knowledge of electrical distribution & retail market.
Must have own 2-wheeler and Android phone.
Preferred Industry Type: Wire, switch, LED industry.
