Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, and skilled at closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms

  • Pitch products/services to prospective clients and understand their requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
