Job Summary
1-We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in the Essential Oils and personal care sector. The role involves identifying global business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving export sales in beauty, skincare, and personal care categories.
Key Responsibilities
1- Identify and develop new international business opportunities in the Essential Oils and personal care industry.
2-Generate and manage leads through platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, Just Dial, and direct B2B networking.
3-Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
4-Conduct competitive market research to identify demand trends and emerging opportunities in cosmetics exports.
5-Develop effective sales strategies to expand the company’s global footprint.
6-Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
7-Represent the company at Essential Oils trade fairs, exhibitions, and international events.
8- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on business growth, client feedback, and market forecasts. Requirements
1- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in business development / international sales Within the Essential Oils or personal care industry.
2-Strong knowledge of export procedures, international regulations, and Essential Oils compliance requirements.
3-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4- Ability to build strong global client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
5-Familiarity with B2B export platforms (IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.).
6-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
