Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and onboard potential clients, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the client base.
* Product Presentation: Conduct detailed presentations of general insurance products, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
* Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
