Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in chit fund fields

Job Description:

• Identify and acquire new customers for various chit fund schemes.
• Promote chit fund products through field sales, telemarketing, digital marketing, referrals, and local campaigns.
• Explain chit group structures, subscription amounts, tenure, auction procedures, commissions, and other applicable terms to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing subscribers and prospective customers.
• Generate leads through networking, customer referrals, business associations, and local marketing activities.
• Conduct customer meetings, sales presentations, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert qualified leads into subscriptions.
• Coordinate with branch operations and collection teams regarding customer onboarding, instalments, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions in the CRM or company database.
• Ensure that all marketing communications and customer commitments are accurate and transparent.
• Follow applicable chit fund regulations, KYC requirements, company policies, and customer protection guidelines.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
