Email Marketing Executive

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Executive with expertise in utilizing email
marketing tools to generate leads and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a
strong understanding of Email Marketing Strategies, Find Organic Leads through LinkedIn.
This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach to help our
company achieve its lead generation goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns & should know about LinkedIn
to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at generating 40-45
qualified leads per month, ensuring alignment with the overall sales and marketing
objectives.
• Utilize email marketing tools (e.g., Outlook, Gmail etc.) to create, test, and
optimize email templates, subject lines, and content for maximum engagement and
conversion rates & should know how to configure ids for outlook and for other
platforms if they know.
• Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behavior, and preferences to
deliver personalized and relevant content.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to
evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to align
email campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyses campaign data to identify trends, insights, and
areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics
• Provide regular reports and analysis on email marketing performance, including
recommendations for optimizing campaigns and increasing lead generation.
• Design and execute email marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads
from the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe.
• Develop and manage targeted email campaigns, including content creation,
personalization, and scheduling.
• Segment and maintain a robust contact database to target specific demographics
effectively.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with regional laws, such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and
other relevant regulations.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to align email
campaigns with overall business goals.
REQUIRED SKILL SET:
• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in Lead
