Location: Bagru, Jaipur

Office Time: 9:30 to 06:00 PM

Job Responsibility:

This is a key role, supporting the Elektrolites at the most senior level. You will be required to

Support the day to day work in the plant. You will have access to confidential information,

requiring absolute discretion at all times.

- Recruitment & Selection

- Provide On-boarding & Training

- Payroll Management

- Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws.

- Developing workforce atmosphere

- Performance management with coordination with department HOD’s

- Contractor ‘s Workforce Management System

- Maintain & develop systems, procedures and records in line with the organization’s policies

and objectives

- Ensure all governmental and regulatory requirements are met by maintaining accurate records

- Provide expert advice and coaching where appropriate

- Tracking as well as managing data of manpower hiring, employee exit, grade revision & all

other actions in employee work cycle.

- Ensuring employees/labor health & safety

- Grievance Handling Procedure in Industrial Relations.

- Day to day administrative work
