Senior Sales Closer / B2B Revenue Lead

Location: Remote / Pan-India | Compensation: ₹[3,00,000] LPA Base + 8–12% Uncapped Commission

If you’re waiting for marketing to hand you warm leads, look elsewhere. We need a consultative closer who can navigate complex Indian B2B buying cycles, handle sharp objections, and move qualified prospects to signature without hand-holding.

🎯 What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end closing: Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Signature
• Pipeline discipline: CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, zero ghosted deals
• Objection mastery: Price, timing, competitor comparisons, stakeholder alignment
• Post-sale handoff: Seamless transition to delivery/CS to ensure retention & upsell

✅ Who You Are (Non-Negotiables):

• You’ve closed ₹[5]+ ACV deals in Indian SaaS/Services/B2B.
• You track your own metrics: conversion rate, avg sales cycle, pipeline velocity.
• You’re relentless but respectful. You don’t burn bridges.
• You understand that in India, relationships close deals, but process scales them.
