Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Executive (Fresher / 0–1 year experience) to join our team. The role involves executing on-ground promotional activities, engaging with customers, and ensuring successful implementation of marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing and promotional activities at malls, exhibitions, events, and other locations.

• Engage and interact with customers to promote brand awareness.

• Distribute promotional materials and conduct product demonstrations if required.

• Collect customer feedback, leads, and market insights during field activities.

• Ensure smooth coordination with the internal team for campaign execution.

• Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.

• Travel to assigned locations as per project requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business preferred, but not mandatory).

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing/promotions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, confident, and comfortable interacting with people in public spaces.

• Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground activities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as per event requirements.
