Job Description:

Role: Preschool Teacher (Playgroup/Nursery/LKG/UKG)
Type: Full-time | Location: Multiple branches in Bangalore (RR Nagar, Chandra Layout, Electronic City Phase-1, Annapoorneshwari Nagar, JP Nagar 7th Phase, Yelahanka, Varthur, Arkere, Jayanagar 3rd Block, Mahalakshmipuram)

About Us: Little Kidz Preschool (under NIECCE ecosystem, with LilBeez Publishers) focuses on quality early childhood education supported by monthly teacher training.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, child-centric classroom environment

• Plan & deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities

• Use phonics, numeracy and motor-skill activities effectively

• Manage circle time, rhymes, storytelling & play-based learning

• Maintain class records, student portfolios & parent communication

• Support events, celebrations and school routines

Must-Have

• Good communication & classroom management

• Qualification: NTT / Montessori / ECCE preferred; B.Ed is an added advantage

• Experience: Experienced candidates preferred; freshers with NTT welcome

• Languages: English, Kannada (Hindi preferred)

• Comfortable handling KG kids; positive, patient and energetic
