Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to foster a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children aged 2.5 to 6 years. The ideal candidate will be creative, patient, and committed to the holistic development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood development standards.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.

• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children through structured and play-based activities.

• Assess student performance and provide regular feedback to parents and school administrators.

• Maintain open communication with parents through meetings, progress reports, and daily updates.

• Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques.

• Ensure classroom hygiene and safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Participate in school events, workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings.

• Maintain documentation related to student records, attendance, and progress.
