Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized and personable Front Desk & Admin Executive to manage our front office operations and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, parents, students, or clients in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or emails.

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization or direct them to appropriate departments.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update records such as attendance, admission forms, staff data, and other official documents.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.

  • Support the management team with document preparation, filing, and other admin tasks.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
