Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Officer at PIB Insurance Brokers Private Limited in Chandigarh, Himanchal Pradesh, Punjab & Haryana Locations. The  Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing sales and client relations, and ensuring branch profitability. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for managing and developing the branch staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience in insurance broking or related industry

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies

Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field

Relevant professional certifications or licenses (e.g., IRDAI license)
