🌍 Position Details

🔹 Role: HSE Safety Officer (Off-Role)

🔹 Industry: Wind Turbine Blade Manufacturing

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✅ ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) – Mandatory

✅ Qualification Required:

• Diploma Engineering + ADIS

OR

• Science Graduate + ADIS

⚙️ Preferred Background

Candidates with exposure to Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Operations will be preferred.

💼 Desired Skills

✔ Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures

✔ Knowledge of PTW systems, risk assessment & emergency response

✔ Experience handling shop-floor or manufacturing safety activities

✔ Ability to ensure compliance with statutory HSE standards

💰 Compensation & Benefits

🔸 Conduct workplace safety audits and hazard identification

🔸 Monitor critical operations such as hot work, lifting, electrical jobs & confined space activities

🔸 Ensure PPE compliance and safe work practices across the facility

🔸 Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and emergency preparedness drills

🔸 Review and authorize PTW documentation before execution of jobs

🔸 Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions

🔸 Coordinate with production teams to maintain a zero-incident work culture
