Job Role
Customer Interaction and Assistance:
- Greet customers, provide product information, and assist with inquiries about vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Accompany customers on test drives, explain vehicle specifications, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Sales Support:
- Prepare quotations for customers.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and close the sale
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Assist in generating leads through various channels such as walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, and promotional events.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and track interactions using CRM software or enquiry cards
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist in administrative tasks related to sales operations, including paperwork processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance departments to facilitate vehicle financing, leasing, and insurance options for customers.
Customer Service and Follow-up:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle purchases to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote customer loyalty.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a good understanding of the showroom's vehicle inventory, features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or retail environment and a automobile dealership experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm for automobiles and a willingness to learn about vehicle features, specifications, and industry trends.
