Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate – Field Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales or business development, particularly in IT or Telecom products and services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients in the field, building long-term relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
The candidate should be self-motivated, passionate about sales, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and approach potential clients to promote IT and Telecom solutions.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calling.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, and Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
