About Salon at Door

Salon at Door is a premium home salon service brand providing professional beauty and wellness services to women at the comfort of their homes. We are expanding our team and looking for an energetic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and maximize sales opportunities.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to increase repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with operations and beauticians to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM sheets.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Generate referrals and upsell premium salon packages and memberships.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in beauty, salon, wellness, healthcare, or service industry will be preferred.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Working Hours

• Pure Day Shift
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 6 Days Working (One Weekly Off)
