Job Description:

A Call Centre Executive is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally

  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when required

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards

  • Meet daily/weekly performance and call-handling targets

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM systems, MS Office, email)

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers calmly

  • Time management and multitasking skills

  • Team player with a customer-focused attitude
