Job Description:

Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.

Information Dissemination: Provide clear and accurate information about our medical services, treatment programs, procedures, and service offerings to patients and their family members.

Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments in coordination with the relevant medical staff and departments.

Data Management: Accurately record all patient information, interactions, and follow-up activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation.

Follow-Up: Call patients for follow-up appointments, feedback, or to check on their health status post-treatment.

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volumes, patient interactions, and lead generation.
