About the Opportunity

• Hiring DRA Certified Debt Recovery Agents / Collection Executives for a leading collections process in Mumbai.

• Work with reputed banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to manage overdue accounts professionally.

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Make outbound collection calls to customers for EMI / loan recovery as per assigned portfolio.

• Negotiate repayment plans, follow RBI-compliant processes, and update call notes in CRM.

Requirements

• DRA Certification (Debt Recovery Agent) as per RBI norms is mandatory.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages; basic computer knowledge.
