Job Description:

Key responsibilities
  • Lead generation and follow-up: 
    Make outbound calls to introduce property listings, identify new leads, and follow up with existing ones. 

    • Client interaction: 
      Provide detailed information about properties, answer client questions, and handle objections. 

    • Appointment setting: 
      Schedule property viewings and coordinate with real estate agents for site visits. 

    • Data management: 
      Maintain and update accurate customer and lead information in a CRM system. 

    • Sales support: 
      Work with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to closing deals. 

    • Market knowledge: 
      Stay informed about current property listings and market trends.

    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Confidence and a persuasive demeanor.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
    • Ability to follow scripts and handle client objections.
