Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and/or inbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and achieve sales targets.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

Provide feedback to the team leader/management for

 process improvement.
