Job Description:

Position: Tele Caller – Invitation Calling

Role Overview

The primary role of the Telle Caller is to make invitation calls to customers and invite them to attend Infinity Travel Club’s promotional events, presentations, or special travel sessions. The role focuses on clear communication, professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound invitation calls to customers from the company-provided database.

• Inform customers about upcoming travel events, presentations, or special sessions.

• Clearly explain event details such as date, venue, timing, and benefits.

• Confirm customer attendance and update the list accordingly.

• Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone during all calls.

• Log call details, responses, and confirmations in google sheets.

• Follow up with customers who need reminders or additional information.

• Achieve daily and weekly invitation & confirmation targets.

• Coordinate with the event team or sales team to ensure smooth  management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Clear and confident phone etiquette.

• Ability to engage customers and generate interest politely.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or hospitality (optional but preferred).

• Ability to Understand and talk in english.
