Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound queries, explaining products/services, and closing sales or generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.

• Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM.

• Follow up on previous calls and maintain relationships with existing customers.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.

• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

• Work closely with the sales or support team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
