The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the food production industry, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients, market trends, and new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional clients, and channel partners.
Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the production and operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Understand product specifications and communicate value propositions effectively.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports as required.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to network and promote
Ensure adherence to company policies and uphold professional standards in all client interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (experience in FMCG or food production preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
