1. HR- Talent Acquisition

Organization- Hi Impact Consultant- Manpower Services (IT/NON IT/HEALTHCARE)

Address- Sector -2 ,Noida (near sector 15 metro station)

Working days- 5.5 days 2nd and 4rth Saturdays are fixed Off. (WFO- work from office)

Office Timings- 10am- 7pm

Salary as per the Industry norms.

JD for HR :

• End to End Recruitment.

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

• Screening resumes.

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Making recommendations to company hiring managers

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Following up on the interview process status

• Maintaining relationships to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for complex and senior level hires as per requirements.

• Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum.

• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.

• Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.

• Stay within agreed hiring/on boarding TATs

Requisite –

1. Training would be provided depending upon exp.

2. Candidate should be willing to work for 5.5 days

3. Should have exposure towards Recruitment

4. This is work from office, no Remote mode.

5. Well verse with MS office

PS-Immediate joiner would be preferred .

Interview will be Face 2 Face (No Virtual interview)
