Job Description:

Key responsibilities
  • Talent acquisition: 
    Oversee the entire hiring process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. 

    • Employee relations: 
      Manage employee grievances, conduct investigations, and act as a bridge between employees and management to address workplace issues. 

    • Performance management: 
      Coordinate performance reviews, provide feedback, and support employee development. 

    • Compensation and benefits: 
      Administer payroll, benefits programs, and other compensation-related tasks. 

    • Policy and compliance: 
      Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring the organization remains compliant with all labor laws and regulations. 

    • Training and development: 
      Coordinate and facilitate training programs for employees to help with their growth and development. 

    • Record-keeping: 
      Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, databases, and attendance logs. 

    • Employee engagement: 
      Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.
