Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and follow up with potential clients interested in investing in Dubai properties.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment options.

• Present project details, payment plans, and ROI projections professionally.

• Handle inbound leads generated via Meta campaigns, portals, and property events.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.

• Coordinate with Dubai-based team for project updates, availability, and bookings.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals in CRM.
  
  

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (international or Indian markets).

  • Strong communication

  • Confident in presenting to high-net-worth individuals and investors.

  • Good understanding of real estate investment basics (ROI, rental yield, payment plans).

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to perform under minimal supervision.
