Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our tourism company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, converting leads into bookings, and promoting our travel packages to individuals, corporates, and groups. This role requires excellent communication, strong persuasion skills, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages to potential customers.

• Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads from various sources (calls, emails, website, walk-ins).

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits if needed.

• Understand client requirements and customize travel packages accordingly.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth execution of tours.

• Stay updated with industry trends, new destinations, and competitive pricing.

• Participate in travel fairs, expos, and promotional events.

• Maintain customer data and track interactions using CRM software.
