Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller (Sales) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or Customer Support Executive preferred.

Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required].

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Basic knowledge of computer systems (MS Office, CRM software).

Goal-oriented and target-driven attitude.
