Preparing a stable and secure foundation for the scaffolding. Erecting scaffolding, including poles, platforms, guard rails, and safety nets, according to technical drawings and safety regulations. Creating a variety of platforms, from simple scaffolding to complex structures for construction, renovation, or demolition projects. Dismantling and removing structures once a project is completed. Inspecting scaffolding components for defects and monitoring the erected structures for integrity. Working with other construction workers and adhering to all site-specific safety protocols. Working outdoors in various weather conditions. Qualifications and skills Physical fitness: The job is physically demanding and requires a good level of strength and stamina. Working at heights: Scaffolders must be able to work confidently and safely at significant heights.
