Job Description:

Summary: As a Senior Analyst in Data Science Analytics, you'll be responsible for interpreting business needs, extracting insights through data mining, and leading independent projects. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to apply advanced data science techniques to solve complex challenges within Human Resources Shared Services team. You'll contribute to recruitment strategy and enhance service delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interpret business challenges and develop specific requirements for analytic solutions.
• Analyze large datasets using data mining techniques to identify patterns and correlations.
• Utilize predictive statistical modeling to derive actionable insights.
• Lead projects independently with minimal supervision.

• Contribute to recruitment strategy and improve HRSS service delivery efficiency.
• Use tools like R, Python, and Google Cloud for analysis.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in a relevant field with 5 to 8 years of experience in data science analytics.
• Proficiency in English, Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, Experience with statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
• Knowledge of analysis tools such as R, Python, and Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and lead projects.
