As the Business Development Manager (BDM) for our organisation, your primary objective is to spearhead our sales strategy, leading a team of 10 to 15 individuals towards success. You will take charge of the sales processes, ensuring effective training and development initiatives. Your role encompasses organizational leadership, staffing, skill development, and direction within your designated area of responsibility.

In addition, you will drive innovation in digital sales and marketing channels, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, content creation, and email marketing. Information coordination for sales activities, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc., will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Moreover, you possess the proficiency to introduce and manage a CRM system such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in cultivating enduring relationships
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales, with expertise in program consultation, selling, and financial acumen for generating profitable sales
  • Proficiency in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and achieve strategic goals
  • Excellent business communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
