Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Educate local teams on SAP S/4 HANA Project Systems functionality and SAP S/4HANA in general.

Refine Project Systems process scope, identifying any gaps as needed.

Conduct system demonstrations to showcase existing standard SAP S/4HANA functionality, gain customer buy-in, and identify any gaps or additional requirements.

Translate local business requirements into configuration requirements in S/4 HANA and perform system set-ups accordingly.

Identify Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows, and other development objects required to align requirements with SAP S/4HANA functionality. Develop Functional Specification documentation and collaborate with developers to translate this into Technical Specifications and technical designs.

Identify local security requirements and collaborate with Security staff to create necessary security profiles.

Conduct field and value mappings for data conversion efforts.

Perform demonstrations of the updated system post build (Configuration and Development) activities to validate localization requirements.

Provide support and subject matter expertise during testing activities, resolving any specific issues identified during testing.

Develop training materials incorporating requirements and deliver end-user training or train-the-trainer workshops according to training plans/schedules.

Provide subject matter expert support during cutover and go-live activities, performing assigned tasks as part of cutover plans and schedules.

Provide post go-live support and resolve any post go-live issues.

Years of Experience:

Requires 6+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or SAP ECC configuration and testing activities, specifically in Project Systems processes.

Multiple (over 4) full life-cycle SAP implementation experiences.

Experience in SAP ECC/S/4HANA PS Configuration and testing.

Education and Certifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Skills:

Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, and system architecture, preferably involving SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation, particularly Project Systems processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective.

Excellent influencing and communication skills, capable of translating between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.

Client service-oriented attitude.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
