Role: SAP S/4HANA Professional Services Consultant

Experience: 10 years

Location: Remote

Key Skills:

Responsibilities:

1.            Analyse and verify Event-Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) standard posting logic to resolve business inquiries.

2.            Knowledge of EBRR in the Intercompany Billing Process.

3.            Work on Customer Project Management Integration points for triggering Sales Orders Header to header Mapping and work items to Sales Order Mapping for Fixed Time, Periodic Services, Time & Expenses, Usage Basis Project types.

4.            Lead teams in configuring Professional Services support with a focus on Event-Based Revenue Recognition, Customer and internal project management, resource management, time recording, revenue recognition, project billing, and project reporting.

5.            Define and maintain business requirement documentation standards, ensuring clear and complete understanding of process and technology implications.

6.            Ensure reliability, resilience, security, and compliance of all ERP Professional Services applications.

Qualifications and Background:

•             Involved in SAP S/4 HANA public cloud project implementation or Support.

•             Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.

•             10+ years of SAP experience in large-scale implementation projects, with at least 7+ years in Professional Services areas.

•             12+ years working in IT.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

•             Extensive experience in leading teams in configuring and implementing Professional Services modules.

•             In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functional consulting, specializing in Cross-module integration, Customer Projects, Internal Projects (Capital/Cost).

•             Expert in Project scenarios like Settlement, Result Analysis/Revenue Recognition, Multiple contract Handling in Projects, Various Billing solutions, Cross-company.

•             Expert in Data Migration strategy, handling significant data for multiple countries.

•             Experience in designing and optimizing End-to-End SAP Professional Services processes.

•             Working experience in SAP S/4 HANA Professional Services modules with Event-Based Revenue Recognition.

•             Exposure to traditional SAP Line of Business solutions like SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Ariba, Concur, and SAP Analytics Cloud for integration, extension, and analytics scenarios.

•             Experience working with technical and functional resources, following an Agile-based delivery method.

•             Experience in delivering projects with increased efficiency and reduced cost.

•             Ability to understand business requirements and identify areas that need support and growth.

•             Demonstrated ability to work on complex issues of diverse scope, requiring evaluation of various factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

•             Experience with preparing and adhering to an allocated budget.

•             Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and build trust across the organization.

•             Ability to guide teams on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.

•             Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

•             Self-motivated with the ability to grasp concepts quickly.

•             Experience in change management and governance.
