Leading a core team of system software engineers in delivering drivers for the Display Controller
Guiding the team's chip-related software projects from pre-silicon to production across various operating systems.
Collaborating with software, hardware, program, and product management teams to define, plan, and execute on commitments throughout the development process, including design, development, chip bring-up, and production.
Engaging in effective communication and collaboration with teams worldwide.
Providing technical leadership and career mentorship to the team, emphasizing innovation and excellence.

What We Need To See:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Over 10 years of work experience, including at least 4 years of technical leadership experience.
Familiarity with ARM CPU and SOC system architecture, as well as microprocessor and microcontroller fundamentals (caches, buses, memory controllers, DMA, etc.).
Experience in a lead or management role overseeing the delivery of large-scale, complex code bases from a team, while also managing multiple parallel activities to completion.
Strong technical background with proficiency in C programming and low-level driver development using Linux-based operating systems.

Ways To Stand Out from the Crowd:

Experience with pre-silicon platforms such as simulation, FPGAs, and involvement in chip/board bring-up activities.
Background in building low-level graphics drivers, particularly display controller drivers.
Thorough understanding of the Linux open-source driver development workflow.
